An extensive program awaited the eight new trainees on their first day in Konzell: After being welcomed by plant director Armin Kienberger, head of HR Stefanie Riedl, and head of training Wolfgang Schollerer, the day started off right away with a familiarization game, followed by an exciting tour of the plant and a joint lunch. Finally, they then headed off on a trainee rally through the plant.

Things continued with pure excitement on the trainee project day: in the escape room, the trainees worked in teams to solve mysterious puzzles, searched for clues, and battled against the clock. Sometimes they failed by a hair's breadth, other times they came through with flying colors – but always with genuine team spirit!

After a delicious lunch, they traveled back in time to the historic rock labyrinth in the forests surrounding Furth. In this impressive setting, "Karl-Heinz" caused the trainees' blood to freeze, after which they broke out into relieved laughter at the sight of this harmless ghost floating down.

The trainees' verdict was that this was an unforgettable day full of fun, action, new knowledge, and solidarity.
