In July 2025, Sebastian Rahe took over responsibility for training in the industrial sector in Lengerich. With his expertise, his nose for young talents, and his fresh approaches, he is a worthy successor to our long-serving and distinguished head of training, Klaus Rogge. He will specifically further develop the technical training within the company.

During his remaining months, Klaus Rogge has concentrated on strategic issues concerning the topic of training. Next year, after 47 years at Bischof+Klein, he will be embarking on his well-deserved retirement.

Under his management, numerous junior staff have completed their training with outstanding results. Klaus Rogge has frequently accompanied his protégés to IHK award ceremonies for top trainees at regional and state level. With his unwavering commitment, he has lastingly contributed to Bischof+Klein's outstanding reputation as a training company.

His particular passion remains working with young people. He himself trained as a shop fitter at Bischof+Klein and went on to work in the maintenance department. When he discovered that he had a special flair for imparting knowledge, he decided to embark on further training. Completing his master craftsman's qualification enabled him to work as a trainer.

He also trained as a packaging processing engineer  so that he would be able to answer any questions relating to this area that were put to him by apprentices. Nevertheless, he still regards the vocation of industrial mechanic to be the most interesting. "The work has changed dramatically, though. Today, the trainees are not so much concerned with filing as with everything to do with control technology."

He advises young people to determine their own interests and strengths and to make use of them for their professional careers. "Whoever wants to make their vocational dreams come true has to take action themselves. That counts even during the training. Whoever does their training here has a good foundation!“
