Modernization in Konzell's U-Pack^® department: The new slider line was set up in June along with the packing robot and was successfully put into operation in July.

The modern line replaces the previous slider line and has been switched over to the new closure version. This means that we are technically up to date and optimally equipped for the future. One particular added benefit is that the line is also suitable for recycled materials – an important step in the direction of sustainability.

The line also covers an impressive spectrum: It can process bags for a filled weight of three to 20 kg and offers maximum flexibility – equipped with various closure systems such as sliders, Aplix, Velcro, and zippers.

With this investment, we are increasing quality, efficiency, and sustainability. Another important step is also the successful continued automation of our packaging processes.
