Training year celebrates successful completion

The 2025 graduation year celebrated the successful completion of their training together with their parents, siblings, and friends. Dr. Rebekka Skubinn, head of global HR, congratulated the young specialists. "You have accomplished an important milestone."

Chief Sales Officer (CSO) Erik Edelmann paid tribute to the graduates' performance and the unwavering commitment of the training team. "Commitment, vigor, and a willingness to learn were required of you – combined with the passion and expertise of our trainers on the other side," he emphasized. Once again, this combination has led to extraordinary performances. Noel Hoherz and Moritz Schott were invited to the IHK award ceremony for top trainees at regional level thanks to their outstanding final grades.

Erik Edelmann encouraged the young employees: "Roll your sleeves up, and don't wait for others to shape the future. Get to grips with it yourselves, be proactive, and exploit the opportunities offered by automation, digitalization, and AI."

Employee representative Mike Dohe also congratulated the graduates: "You now have the freedom to choose your own ways rather than following well-trodden paths." He stated that he was particularly pleased that Bischof+Klein was comprehensively accepting its social responsibility as a training company and that the company would actually be offering more than 30 training places next year.

On this day, particular thanks went to two people who have been shaping the training at Bischof+Klein for a number of decades: Klaus Rogge, who has been with the company since 1978, and Birgit Prey, who started in 1987. Both will be retiring next year. With heart and soul, expertise, and a great deal of patience, they have supported generations of trainees as the head of training and training coordinator respectively, providing them with orientation and guiding them through both highs and lows.
