June 30 was Ginter Maicher's last day of work at Bischof+Klein Polska. The workforce and his successor Leszek Demciuch bid farewell to the Walce plant manager, who has successfully steered the fate of the plant over the last few decades.

The invited employees as well as guests from the community and the region of Krapkowice took the opportunity to thank him personally for his cooperation and to share the odd reminiscence.
  
We would like to thank Ginter Maicher for many eventful years together and wish him the best of health so that he can achieve all of his retirement plans.
