Lukas Holl, a former trainee plastic technologist in Konzell, has been awarded the Günther Schwank Prize by the German Association of Plastics Converters!

Each year, this prize is awarded to the ten best graduates in the area of plastic and rubber technology. Lukas asserted himself against almost 1,200 applicants from all over Germany and was officially accepted into the "Club of the best" at the festive prize award ceremony in Frankfurt am Main.

The Konzell team is proud of him and looks forward to supporting his continued development.

The same applies to Moritz Pecht, who completed his training to become an electrician for operating technology in Konzell with particular success. He was awarded the state prize by the Upper Bavarian regional government for his outstanding performance at Deggendorf vocational school. 

Moritz started his training in September 2022 and was actually able to shorten it by six months thanks to strong performances and the active support of his trainer, Martin Sterr.
