Our headquarters in Lengerich is an outstanding training company that acts as a shining example within the region. For this, we received the IHK certificate "Career with apprenticeship – The best" this year. In Lengerich, around 95 trainees are currently learning a total of 13 different vocations. They benefit from the expert knowledge and experience of a number of trainers who are exempted from other duties as well as specialist trainers.

They acquire both basic and special knowledge in the training center and the training workshop. Individual development and team building also form part of the training program. 

Moritz Schott (printed media processing engineer) and industrial clerk Noel Hoherz are the most recent examples of successful trainees. Both were able to shorten their training to two and a half years thanks to their very good performances and then also completed it with outstanding examination results.

IHK representative Andrea van der Schüür handed over the IHK certificate "Career with apprenticeship – The best" to trainers Klaus Rogge and Julia Röttering, who is responsible for commercial training in the Human Resources department. They accepted the award with pride.
