The team in Walce is delighted about the investment in a new slitting machine. The modern line was put into operation in July 2025. It is used to cut films for bottom patches, valves, and PowFlex^® inflow strips to size for conversion. It is also suitable for cutting smaller formats for consumer packaging to size. The new machine relieves strain on older lines and is extending the plant's capacity. It also enables an increase in quality and productivity.
