Kicking off working life with fresh vigor: In Lengerich, we bid welcome to 28 new trainees and dual students this summer. In a total of six different vocations, they will be supported by an extensive team of committed trainers.

To get things off to a start, the new training group met up at Hof Schlamann, where Julia Röttering, HR partner recruiting training, welcomed the newcomers on behalf of the entire Bischof+Klein team. A round of introductions with the trainers as well as words of welcome from the works council and the youth and training representative (JAV) were on the agenda. Katharina Jürgens presented the corporate health management program and immediately issued an invitation to the next health and safety day in September.

While the mood was initially marked somewhat by excitement prior to the first day of training, it lightened up during the joint lunch at the latest. During this, the new trainees took the opportunity to talk to one another and make initial contacts. One commented "It's really cool that we can get to know one another here first of all. A great day!“
