Trees for the climate

Bischof+Klein at the forefront of reforestation

Bischof+Klein has been supporting the “I plant a tree” campaign since 2011. Of all participating companies, Bischof+Klein is in third place in the ranking for the past year. 887 trees were planted in 2024 thanks to Bischof+Klein. The annual digital Christmas greeting to customers and suppliers also contributed to this. In this, a tree is planted for every click on the Christmas greeting.

The United Nations has called for one billion trees to be planted. Based in Chemnitz, the “I plant a tree” organization aims to promote this idea and clearly demonstrate it. Private individuals, associations, and companies can donate funds for young trees. Volunteers from “I plant a tree” then plant the trees in various reforestation areas throughout Germany. Each donor can look at the website to see how many trees have been planted and where. I Plant A Tree
