Under the inspiring leadership of trainer Wolfgang Schollerer and trainee Sophia Deser, the young talents in Konzell had the opportunity to get to know our values and the corporate culture better in creative group work.

The trainees got to work with a great deal of vigor and independently developed innovative solution approaches for anchoring the Bischof+Klein values in their day-to-day work. The topics of appreciation, trust, and responsibility were particularly important to many of them. In their day-to-day work, they have already experienced being entrusted with responsible tasks at an early stage. And they have found out during regular feedback sessions how important their contribution is for the entire team.
 

One of the highlights of the workshop was the “values puzzle,” which was not only fun, but also helped to lastingly anchor our corporate values. The trainees were thrilled by the new perspectives and ideas that they were able to gather in their discussions with one another.

The workshop was not only instructive, but also provided a great opportunity to get to know one another better and to take a look into the future together. The participants’ feedback was entirely positive.

They all agreed that Bischof+Klein’s future will be shaped by the fresh ideas and enthusiasm of the new trainees. The Konzell colleagues are looking forward to the coming challenges and to further developing the corporate culture together with the junior staff.
