A generational change is about to take place in Walce. Following a period of co-management, Leszek Demciuch will take over responsibility from Ginter Maicher alongside Karsten Pax.

Born in Opole, Demciuch has deep ties with the region surrounding Walce. After graduating from the Opole University of Technology and completing postgraduate studies in Warsaw and Wroclaw, he was given responsibility in plant management positions within the industry very early on in his career. We wish Leszek

Demciuch every success in his new management position!
