The U-Pack^® department in Konzell has put two lines specifically for processing recycled materials into operation. The KST 4030 enables processing with and without a flat bottom as well as 45-degree folding. It can also process various closure solutions such as Velcro, Aplix, or zippers.

Conversely, the KST 4020 covers a broad range of formats as well as practical features such as carrying handles, the bottom fold, sliders, and sealing strips.
 

One particular highlight of the KST 4030 is the innovative inclined belt rest, which further increases production efficiency.
