Project day to get working lives off to a start

In September, seven young people started their training at Bischof+Klein in Konzell. The newcomers include an industrial clerk, an electrician for operating technology, an IT systems electrician, and four plastic and rubber technologists. Following a hearty welcome, the trainees got to know one another during an entertaining familiarization game. This was followed by an extensive guided tour of the company with exciting insights into the structures and procedures at Bischof+Klein. The first day was rounded off with a dynamic trainee rally through the plant, which not only demanded team spirit, but also sparked the young, talented staff’s curiosity.

All of the trainees and specialist trainers got to know one another even better four days later, during an exciting project day with unforgettable moments in Sankt Englmar. In the climbing forest, they glided through the treetops and rose above certain preconceptions. Each challenge there became a team task and each step a joint success. In various team games, everyone proved that they are able to achieve more together – whether during balancing, solving puzzles, or simply laughing about small mishaps.

The crowning highlight was 4D mini-golf, which required not only skill but also creativity. The colorful fairways and surprising effects ensured a top-class gaming experience and lots of fun.
