On their first day at work, the new trainees and dual students met up with the trainers and Bischof+Klein works council at Hof Schlamann.
30 new trainees and students in Lengerich
A total of 30 trainees and students have begun their training or dual study program at Bischof+Klein Lengerich. “Training is the start of a journey,” is how Dorothee Osterroth, lead HR and organizational development, described this new phase of life. The trainees are a firm part of the team from day one. “Our trainers and the entire team are on hand to provide you with help and advice,” continued Dorothee Osterroth. Member of the works council Torsten Hunsche stated: “From today, you have gained 1,300 new colleagues at Bischof+Klein Lengerich.”
The new training year at Bischof+Klein in Lengerich consists of three packaging processing engineers, three plastic and rubber technologists, two plastics processing engineers, two printed media processing engineers, five industrial clerks, two electricians for operating technology, two industrial mechanics, two mechatronics specialists, one media designer, one business informatics specialist, one IT specialist, two dual students focusing on engineering and business, and four dual students focusing on business management.
