Our twin-ply, separable FFS film SepaFlex® is a perfect match for the high demands of sensitive foods, special chemical products, and pharmaceutical precursor products.

The product video shows, for instance, how quickly and easily the SepaFlex® outer film can be removed thanks to the peelable seals so that the outer film does not enter the clean high-care area.

The film is 100 percent recyclable and therefore fosters the circular economy.

Packaging powdered products dust-free

The outstanding PowFlex® vs cross bottom valve sacks can be used to package products such as those from the construction material, chemicals, and food industries dust-free.

Secure and efficient

Our SmartFlex® stretch hood films are applied without heat. That means lower energy costs and no risk of fire. Various products such as goods in sacks, FIBCs, electrical appliances, cartons, or Ytong blocks and roof tiles, for instance, can be packaged with ease using SmartFlex®. The film thickness is variable from  25 to 200 mµ. Naturally transparent, white, or individual colors can be selected. Printing is possible. The film is 100 percent recyclable and can also be produced with a recycled material content.

Protection against moisture

PowFlex^® ffs was developed specifically for finely powdered and moisture-sensitive products such as mixtures containing cement. Our sift-proof FFS tube PowFlex^® ffs is manufactured from 100 percent PE. The film is therefore fully recyclable. It can be produced with a recycled material content.

Another advantage of PowFlex^® ffs compared to paper packaging: it offers effective protection against the effects of weather and dart impact resistance.
