Bischof+Klein France is continuing to digitalize its processes. The deployment phase of a CMMS solution has been underway since January 2025. This acronym stands for Computerized Maintenance Management System.

This major project is being headed by Laurent Blanpain. The objective is to increase the efficiency of all maintenance processes.

The new system makes it possible to request maintenance intervention using a simple smartphone. This request is then processed (acceptance / planning / production), and feedback is provided by e-mail.

Preventive maintenance is also being digitalized, with digital access to maintenance areas and tasks.

An interface between the various systems is also being established so that any spare parts that are required can be requested directly.
