Our former trainee Lukas Holl is the best in Bavaria in 2024 in the training vocation of process engineer for plastic and rubber technology (now plastic and rubber technologist).

Lukas rocked his exams with total dedication and a wealth of passion. At a celebratory event, he was presented with an award for this outstanding performance by the Lower Bavarian chamber of trade and commerce (IHK).

But that’s not all! In the summer, he will be receiving the Günter Schwank Award in Frankfurt as one of the ten best in Germany.
