We received no fewer than two awards at the Fachpack: the Green Packaging Award and the German Packaging Award – both awards for sustainable packaging solutions. The awards pay tribute to the innovativeness of our products and at the same time underscore our clear commitment to an environmentally-friendly future.

German Packaging Award

Three years of intensive research and development have now been rewarded with the German Packaging Award 2024. Together with our customers and partners Goldeimer, WEPA, and WILDPLASTIC, we won an award in the category of sustainability.

What is special about the toilet paper packaging for Goldeimer is that it consists of 50 percent “wild” plastic. This is what our partner WILDPLASTIC calls the plastic waste that it collects from the environment and recycles. We process this PRC material in our wicketed bags.

We are delighted to be a part of this mission. 

Green Packaging Award

Our innovative overall concept for recyclable coffee laminates made of mono PE or PP was presented with the Green Packaging Award 2024.

In recent years, we have pursued the goal of integrating our coffee laminates into the circular economy. We have achieved this by replacing non-recyclable coffee laminates with more environmentally-friendly materials.

We now offer mono laminates made of PE or PP for each application area – from coffee inner wrappers/vacuum packs and whole beans up to and including pads and cappuccino sticks.

The Green Packaging Award is a great success for our sustainable packaging and our commitment to the environment.
