As one of the most important companies in the region, Bischof+Klein took part in the recruiting fair in Lengerich. The career choice test, which our trainees had developed themselves, proved particularly successful. Interactively and with specific questions concerning interests and skills, this test helped to provide initial orientation for a choice of career.

The potential vocations were then explained in detail and numerous questions were answered. Of course, our trainees, trainers, and the HR department also used the opportunity to provide an insight into our entire range of training. A particular highlight at the Bischof+Klein stand was our new 3D printer, which has been purchased specifically for training. Visitors were able to watch live how the 3D printer produced Bischof+Klein key fobs as giveaways before their very eyes.

Commercial and industrial trainees from various training years as well as trainers and representatives from the HR department were all in attendance. They were all unanimous: “We are already looking forward to the next recruiting fair and to again encouraging lots of young people to embark on training at Bischof+Klein!”
