“Wrekin Room” is the name of the former printing preparation room in Telford that has been converted into a central operations room for daily stand-up meetings. The Wrekin is a hill located near to Telford and one of the region’s landmarks. 

This name bears witness to our Telford colleagues’ ambition to achieve a top level of quality with the joint meetings conducted in this room.

Each day, the Production department staff discuss the previous day’s results and highlight tasks that need to be solved by the team. The topics include safety, quality, costs, output, scrap, and delivery. 

The agreed measures are documented on the information boards in the room. Employees also come together in the Wrekin Room to jointly develop measures for specific issues using modern problem-solving tools.
