We have had a new employee in the field salesforce at Bischof+Klein Polska since October. In the interview, Nikola Krupa reports on her experiences so far at Bischof+Klein in Walce.

How did you arrive at Bischof+Klein?
Nikola Krupa: I had been thinking about changing jobs for some time. When I read the Bischof+Klein Polska advertisement, I decided to submit my application.

You have now been with us in Walce for six months. How do you like it so far?
Nikola Krupa: My experiences so far have all been positive. I was given a hearty welcome. The atmosphere is positive and the employees are helpful. I am in constant contact with our colleagues in Lengerich. The tasks are varied, and that means I can constantly continue to develop.

What is your take on the negative opinions about plastic packaging?
Nikola Krupa: Different products require different packaging. What is important is the end customer’s environmental awareness. People should also be informed about recycling and what it entails.
