Bischof+Klein Polska’s site in Walce is constantly continuing to develop. The first production lines are already up and running in the new production halls. A new FFS extruder, which is additionally to be equipped with an inline printing press, was installed in the spring. 

An AD Plastic line from Konzell is also being set up. From the very beginning, focus in Walce was placed on valve sack production. Walce – that means valve sacks! By the end of the first quarter of 2024, 713 million valve sacks had been produced in Walce. With the additional machine, Bischof+Klein Polska is hoping to achieve the figure of one billion valve sacks.

The expansion of production capacities is being accompanied by environmental protection measures, which is why a new air scrubbing system has also been installed.
