Service app for forklift maintenance, summer festivities in Konzell, and a new Instagram channel for Bischof+Klein – all done! These topics are examples of the variety of projects that arose from the roadshow at the beginning of last year.

“The new we 3/2023 – 3/2024” was the title of the presentation with which Inga Böhlke, Head of Sales for the consumer packaging market segment, offered managerial staff in Konzell and Lengerich an impressive overview of developments over the past twelve months.

One important finding was that all activities, be it the new brand, the roadshow, or our overarching cultural transformation project, stretch back to the future workshops in 2022. They are present in numerous locations right up until today in the form of the graphic recordings. Back then, colleagues from diverse departments had given thought to how we can successfully take Bischof+Klein into the future.

Inga Böhlke provided the managers with posters showing an overview of the projects. This came with a clear request: “Hang the posters up and invite your employees to discuss them.” 

The major cultural transformation project is a consequence of the roadshow. What is now important is to consistently pursue this approach. This includes information and dialogue. The roadshow event was aimed at supporting the managerial staff in this. At the same time, the employees should be encouraged to proactively request information on the roadshow.
