A special event took place at Bischof+Klein Konzell’s training center at the beginning of April: two trainees from 2022, seven trainees from 2023, and three trainees from 2024 were released from their apprenticeships.

The custom of the apprenticeship graduation ceremony is proudly upheld at Bischof+Klein in Konzell. In his address, plant manager Armin Kienberger emphasized the value of the #active learning culture. He stated that life-long learning is more important than ever before in a constantly changing world. The willingness to learn new technologies and methods and to engage in continuous education and training is crucial to personal and professional success.

Special thanks go to the trainers, who fostered and supported the junior staff with extensive commitment and specialist knowledge. Four of the twelve former trainees were even awarded the state prize.

Head of training Wolfgang Schollerer looked back over the training period. His personal insights and stories from the day-to-day training caused much merriment and contributed to the positive atmosphere.
